$50 Voucher - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the $50 Voucher Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Utility Market Australia Pty Ltd (“Utility Market”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 To be eligible, customers must successfully switch and complete all the eligible service through Utility Market.
1.3 Eligible services include:
- Electricity
- NBN / Broadband
- Health Insurance
1.4 The service must be approved, activated, and remain active as per the retailer’s or insurer’s standard validation and cooling-off requirements.
2. Qualifying for the $50 Voucher
2.1 A $50 voucher will be issued where a customer:
- Switches Electricity, NBN, & Health Insurance through Utility Market; and
- Completes the full switching journey, including verification and approval by the relevant retailer or insurer.
2.2 Only one (1) voucher per household/customer will be issued, unless otherwise stated.
2.3 The voucher is not available for:
- Incomplete applications
- Cancelled services
- Failed validations
- Withdrawn or rejected applications
- Services cancelled during the cooling-off period
3. Voucher Issuance
3.1 The $50 voucher will be issued after confirmation that the service has been successfully activated or approved.
3.2 Voucher delivery timelines may vary and are typically within 30-60 days from successful activation.
3.3 Vouchers may be issued via email or other digital delivery method nominated by Utility Market.
4. Voucher Conditions
4.1 The voucher:
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Is not transferable
- Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced if lost or expired
4.2 Voucher use is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Utility Market reserves the right to:
- Verify eligibility at any time
- Withdraw or modify the Promotion without prior notice
- Decline voucher issuance where fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected
5.2 Utility Market does not guarantee approval of any service. All approvals are subject to the retailer’s or insurer’s eligibility criteria.
6. Compliance & Disclaimers
6.1 Utility Market acts as a comparison and referral service. Final pricing, acceptance, and service delivery are determined by the relevant retailer or insurer.
6.2 Participation in this Promotion does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
